I did an inspection the other day and came across this fire panel. Fire alarm panels have a main panel (located in this pic), and an annunciator panel. This specific panel controls 5 units. Most fire alarm main panels are located in a utility room or a centrally located room where the fire department can access this room without needing to bother individual owners. One thing that is very inconvenient is that if any fire alarm on this block goes off, the fire department will need to enter your unit and reset it (super annoying right?!)
