Every inspection will:

​

  • Check for Structural Issues, Moisture Intrusion, Plumbing, and Electrical Safety.

 

  • Be completed by an Illinois licensed home inspector.         (lic. #450.011806)

​

  • It will be performed based on the Illinois Standards of Practice.

 

  • Teach the client about their home, and offer advise on how to improve their "homes health".

 

  • Contain a full non-biased professional report using the HomeGuage software containing detailed color photos.
